Palazzo Venere dates back to 1,500 and it is a listed building. It has a plan of approximately 240 sqm and three floors with the possibility to partially use the attic. The restored property has been resized into 8 apartments with the traditional Venetian structure of a pass-through hall on each floor. There is a water door overlooking the Rio di San Zuane Evangelista. We have built doors in classical style, which perfectly fit with the building. In addition to this, we have restored the main entrance door and rebuilt the second access as the existing one.
The renovation of Palazzo Venere has been followed by two architects, one for the exterior and one for the interior.
The bathrooms have been renovated with showers, toilets, and mirrors with an effective design which guarantees maximum functionality, hospitality and comfort. Perfectly in harmony with each apartment, the project had the aim to further embellish this valuable building.
