The common areas of the building contain suspended walkways leading to the entrances. The entrance walls are four-floor high, and an open pore lacquered oak coating extends for more than 12 meters in height. We have played a key role in the constructive study of the fixings and in setting the rough artworks for the internal walls of the common areas. We have installed flush-to-wall armoured doors (Oikos – mod. tekno), which are covered with panels of the same material and finish. The entrance doors disappear along the walls, ending with large roof skylights.
The bathrooms have been furnished with white suspended cabinets, which are linear and lacquered with totally retractable drawers. To cover the corridors in each apartment, we have installed lacquered panelling with access doors to the cabinets and the technical rooms.
We have also supplied the flush-to-wall internal doors at full height.
